Thank you for all this info, we have had a woman show up everyday knocking on our door wanting to give us

LB, the other thing that has changed is that the slave force has really expanded and they ARE counting the slaves !

Seems like a fine line. Counting citizen vs. non-citizen is too much work, and frankly can be accomplished by tabulating state's registered voter lists and cross checking against the SSN database (to see who is no longer alive if that matters). If it is presumed that all are (a) citizens, or (b) subject to the jurisdiction on congress, then counting every living being in the geographical American footprint also makes sense. Bottom line is ... 2010 census is not being executed for the purpose of establishing representation. LB has hit this one out of the park.

LB, i know in the Article, it states that Congress wasn't given power to create a census,
but I am wrestling with this now in light of that?

Article 1 Section 2 Clause 3 of The United States Constitution
The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.

ALSO... Article I, Section 9, Paragraph 4 states : "No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census OR enumeration herein before directed to be taken."

It states "Census OR enumeration". Could there be other methods to get enumeration?

More flaws that make the Constitution less credable and open to interpretation. Planned? Who knows.

The census workers where here at my house last sunday.
The only info they got was 3 people.
Not my name nor my exact address nor anything else.

I want to know who gave them the right to come on my property and leave a census on my door handle. I happen to own 3 mobile homes on the same block. All three of them were tagged with this sh*t. I would like to have them arrested for littering my property. Their main question is how many people live in my house. I don't live in my house. I live in my body. I may sleep here but I don't live here. The unlawful government will get nothing from me. They already came around and got GPS readings on every house. They will tie your answers on the census to that GPS so they will know when they have everybody rounded up.
