HOW THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED BY THE CORPORATION

When you enter a court room and cross through that little wooden gate they have and go to the area where the plaintiff (prosecutor) and defendant sit along with judge, court reporter, you are entering a “ship” or a foreign country as evidenced by the admiralty or military flag flying thus the constitution has no applicability and you are under equity law not common law. The flaw with their scheme is that there is no full disclosure to the people about any of this. This is brief over simplified synopsis of the scam run by the federal corporation. The lady that introduced this Cousens guy was introduced by former California gubernatorial candidate Chelene Nightingale, a US citizen, who ran for California Governor in the last election. I am sure she has not corrected her status, yet, they gave her the title of "interim" California Governor.

Yep All that info and still clueless to how the people are the ones that are allowing this to go on. They even talk about the 14th and still cannot see the connection. The 14th Amendment for all intents and purposes does not exist. On March 28, 1861 Congress adjourned sine die and never has reconvened de jure. So what if they did adjourn the people are the ones that are keeping this system in place by their own admission to being a citizen thereof. When you tell them to look in the mirror they run.
