In reference to whacked out partriot based schemes that divide the movement,
can anyone really explain what the heck "On the Land" is suppose to mean?

This is one of the more ridiculous things outside the Straw Man concept.

I had someone tell me, since I would not participate with the so-called Republic of the united States of America, that I would be a "freeman on the land". I replied, WTF is that? His response was this:

The Oxford Law Dictionary:

sovereign n. See CROWN.

Crown n. The office .... The person filling it at any given time is referred to as the sovereign (a king or queen: see also QUEEN). The title to the Crown is hereditary and its descent is governed by the Act of Settlement 1701 as amended by His Majesty's Declaration of Abdication Act 1936 (which excluded Edward VIlI and his descendants from the line of succession).

So, I guess I am a King....

It is my understanding that "On The Land" refers to not being a legal fiction in an artificial state. Also using common law instead of statutory (commercial) law. Lawful money instead of Federal Reserve Notes (debt).

You see, both answers you have given dance around what the truth in law is, but do not really get to the matter at hand. There are too many disinformation agents out there teaching nonsense where people pick up these moronic ideas that just adds confusion to the mix. But that is what the adversary wants.

Again, not that I agree with the law system as it exists, but people must understand it properly to fight it.

It is infuriating to have to see all the confusion.

Thus, jus solis, or citizenship being based on the soil of the nation, is in play. Man on the Land denotes that he is flesh and blood and not the PERSON created by the birth certificate.

That is the point of this exercise. As I do not have time to investigate all the riff-raff out there, I am just trying to get a handle on what the various "platforms" are on the issue. Truly unbelievable what people buy into.

There is the principle of freedom to right associate, or not to associate. This would be considered a "sovereign" based right. However, most of these people are US citizens and have no idea what they are talking about or doing. They just parrot what they have heard. What  a mess. Let me know if I need to expand on this.

The term "Freeman" was a word to distinguish an American slave from that of a regular citizen. You might say the term is no longer used. This is what happens when you get people who cannot think critically being experts.
