On August 15, 2010 Rodney Class did a special presentation on TalkShoe
explaining the difference between a de facto and a de jure government.

But I don't think they get the citizen issue.

Do some more research on them. They are from North Carolina and should at least be working with John Ainsworth.

Appears to be more half-cocked, self-important people that are not working with others.

Anyone that has come around since 2002 or so goes on this list, i.e. People Dividing the Movement.

They are way off base and this is going no were. Anyone that wants to look at the case go here and read the PDF files of this case. One with the knowledge of PAC can see what is wrong with the wording of this case. 

I am using this case to see the misunderstanding of law even by a Private Attorney General.

Aside that nonsense, there are so many flaws in this suit it is not funny. Just another loose canon that does not know law. The court will jerk him around for some time and dismiss the case, is what will happen.

Now people sould realize why LB is so protective of his work because of people like this not knowing the law. These judges know what is going on and will do any thing to keep the truth out of your hands at all cost.

Yea those special words got my attention too.  

How can anyone claim anything against this government when we are in rebellion of our rightful government in the first place. HELLO! We are committing a crime to start with.

Yes, the people who do the historical based research and not the law that has been brought forward and/or them not applying the particulars of law that have never been disclosed do not fullly understand. The constitutional system is a mystery to most people as they fail to apply the nature of international law to it.
