Corporation Nation: The corporations are the true enemies; the 14th Amendment allowed the power.

This listed series is good overall, although some important facts of law are off-point and/or ignored. The summary in Part 20 is good, but political remedy for finances in this system is worthless. This I see as a trap. The Constitution was always meant to be a foundation for financial enslavement with the 14th Amendment solidifying even more as the amendment allows for corporations to flourish. The producer of the film and Walter Burien fail to understand this, or are ignoring it for some reason. Ignorance of the Law is no excuse. The government is not our keeper, Walter.

The Constitution was always meant to be a foundation for financial enslavement.

Which one the de facto one or the de jure one?

As my edification progresses, I have come to believe that both, the de facto and the de jure Constitutions, were always meant to be a foundation of enslavement. It's my opinion we should discard all 51 Constitutions and start fresh.

Makes me wonder why the coloines had to Unite in the first place. They were already nations upon themselves.  Smiley Something is stirring in my brain got to go look at some old writings back in the begining. Will post later.

I googled; countries with nuclear weapons, and this is from the first link:

Nations that are known or believed to possess nuclear weapons are sometimes referred to as the nuclear club. There are currently eight states that have successfully detonated nuclear weapons. Five are considered to be "nuclear-weapon states" (NWS), an internationally recognized status conferred by the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). In order of acquisition of nuclear weapons these are: the United States, Russia (successor state to the Soviet Union), the United Kingdom, France, and China.

Since the NPT entered into force in 1970, three states that were not parties to the Treaty have conducted nuclear tests, namely India, Pakistan, and North Korea. North Korea had been a party to the NPT but withdrew in 2003. Israel is also widely believed to have nuclear weapons, though it has refused to confirm or deny this.[1] The status of these nations is not formally recognized by international bodies as none of them are currently parties to the NPT.

South Africa has the unique status of a nation that developed nuclear weapons but has since disassembled its arsenal before joining the NPT.

Confirming that a state is its own nation.

This is correct. Great observations, Brother B!

The problem is, there are too many disjointed people in the movement. Like the research of Harmon Taylor of Texas established, only 2 of the 50 state constitutions were put to referendum of the people of the territories of each state that became states from colonies, or that were granted statehood post Independence from England. Having all of the various people disjointed at this point makes a constitutional convention VERY dangerous. The PAC Alliance Program must go forward this year at a fast rate. We need to get on this.
