Horse sh*t they don't! This is a typical modus operandi of so called law enforcement.

I was in a group in Phoenix in the mid 90's and the FBI sent two guys in to attempt to get us to do unlawful acts. Of course it did not work and we found them out to be who they were due to them being so obvious.

People in "law enforcement" are evil psychopaths. They all should be ashamed to be walking the earth.
