I wanted to point out quickly that the name in all CAPS is even mentioned in THE RED. 

capitis diminutio maxima = ALL CAPS = banking, bondage and US Vessels

It is not "you" of course.  It is a US Vessel floating around on the high seas that "appears" as your name.  Human's are made in the image of the creator.  If an actual man, showed up in court it would blind and or hurt everyone.  Forget a trial...everyone would have to go home. 

The point is, the idea of being able to lien the entity is not entirely unimaginable.  The real question we have to ask our selves is why is that parents have stopped using the "Common Law" birth certificate?  Which is simply a Bible to keep the child's title in...

The answer to that question is in America we have a sincere craving for limited liability.  We love it.  Who in the world would want to be responsible for their actions in bringing life into the universe.  That's the reality of the situation...You lie in a Bible you have "actual", "real" and "tangible" problems.  Same goes for getting married without a marriage license.  If you break your vows and get a divorce...the state is not there to help you with your problems.
