For those who are not familiar with my research on the Fourteenth Amendment (which is encompassed in The Red Amendment), I had written a paper on the dual system of law that is inherent under the amendment.

The introduction to the paper...

This article will view the particulars of the “dual ‘legal’ system” that has been established by the Fourteenth Amendment in the United States Constitution. Its subject matter will encompass a general overview of adverse conditions of which said amendment has set forth in regard to the Freedom and Liberty of Americans. The matters included herein will reference the police power of the state in relation to its application to the several citizen members—referred to as residents (i.e., the law of the foreigner)—of any given State; and also relations to the nationals of the states (disenfranchised de jure citizens) in regard to such States of the Union...
