Postal Service Is Nearing Default as Losses Mount

That has not hurt them that much... A lot of people do not even use Internet, plus most crap that goes over the Internet would not even be seen in the USPS. I would say a lot of mismanagement is the problem, which includes too many benefits and high pay. I smell some action being taken to tax the Internet.
