The last words I said to Ed when he called me on the phone a few years ago, were...

"Ed, you are a fraud."

Ed Wahler has been about himself since day one. He centers on the money, which any greedy person would. He used to work with John Ainsworth and went off on a profit trial. That is why he is sucked into the FDR period/legal memory nonsense. He did not even do the research for the book that he peddles... A guy by the name of Mark in Nevada did.

Some more to ponder here...

Ed was prosecuted for some "gettin' out of debt schemes" by the United States. Although he was in deep, by some strange reason he got off somehow and is now back on the patriot circuit selling people that there is loss of legal memory, which takes people away from the truth of the 14th Amendment.

So what is the deal? That is just it, on its face there must have been "a deal". 

The more people out there leading people astray and taking their money weakens the movement. Of course, speculation... But it seems that most in prison/prosecution situations all come back and profess nonsense.

Okay... Now Ed Wahler is telling people who "expatriate" under my process will go to prison.

Also, technically, we are correcting the nationality of people. That is how intent he is on confusing people.

Here are the facts on the Wahler matter. Agreed, there is some speculation here...

   1) Ed Wahler and his wife get indicted on multiple counts for attempting to defraud the United States.
   2) They get off for some strange reason (a juror (see Quatloos) stated the DOJ did a horrible job on the trial)
   3) Ed Wahler and his wife get acquitted (like this happens often).
   4) Now Ed Wahler is on RBN hosting a show and trashing my work (a Network that I cannot get a show on).

Could there possibly have been an agreement here? You know, We will let you off if you do this for us?
I am sure they is a huge need for disinfo agents (see also the Law Review below).

Ed Wahler was "excommunicated" from Republic Broadcast Network a couple of years ago. He was working with John Ainsworth at the time, and I took his place. But now he is back on pushing a worthless lawsuit on the 14th Amendment (that will go nowhere). The book he was said to have wrote (which he did not), U.S. of A. vs. U.S. pretty much ignores the issue of the 14th Amendment. But now it is a big issue? Not only him, but one of his "partners" in the project, Dennis Craig, is also telling people what I am doing is wrong. You can tell by his statements he has no idea what he is talking about. Between these two, that thief and fraud, Richard Kegley, and the other partner in that defunct "book" project, TJ Henderson, who had been sued for stealing raw lumber from people (John Ainsworth found out that fact), these people seem to be out to destroy the truth and replace it with disinformation, via the defunct book and beyond.

These noted tactics are geared to mislead people in order to confuse them, take their money, wear them down, in hope that they will give-up on the surrounding issues. You may want to review this related information at Island Makers:

In regard to the "Wahler" lawsuit:

The government must give you permission to sue it. TJ Henderson said he was the one behind the action. From what I have witnessed of his ability to understand law, gives more rise for it to go no where.

If anyone wants to send me the particulars on the action I will look at it. But honestly, I venture, due to what I know and have observed from these people, just more half-cocked anger that will prove to be a waste of time.

The problem is if you were doing so wrong or incorrect work with status change why aren't they coming after you directly? You must not be breaking any laws. So they don't want this cat out of the bag so to speak.
So they are trying to do damage control as the truth expands.

Ah…. yes! Once you can see how they have baked the cake you can easily lick the icing off.
