Justice Department Sues Nevada Man to Stop Alleged Tax Fraud Scheme

Former Los Angeles Resident Allegedly Helps Customers Form Sham Trusts to Evade Federal Taxes

The disclaimer of Original Intent DOT org :

While this site is the product of Original Intent, there are literally thousands of people (if not ten's of thousands) who have contributed to the information database of the modern Patriot movement. The earliest Patriot in modern memory cropped up about 1952. The movement has been growing ever since and the research of the last 50 years has essentially been condensed to the legal positions contained within this site. Original Intent wishes to acknowledge all of those who fight for liberty today, as well as all those who have come before us; many of those paying dearly for the lessons that have been passed on to us today.
Dave came out with his site AFTER The Red Amendment and the People's Awareness Coalition site.

Same parroted 14th Amendment arguments here...Yep, no networking with PAC here. Just his own deal telling United States citizens they are not taxpayers.

Sorry, made the edit/correction... He came AFTER the PAC presence.

When the federal government is operating within a state of the Union, and is in contact with a de jure state Citizen, it must respect all the rights, privileges, and immunities of The People.

Hey Dave who is the "de jure citizen" you are talking about here?  Smiley
I would adventure to say he is clueless.

Issues of Federal Jurisdiction got him in trouble for "NOT" understanding.

In short, Congress has jurisdiction over citizens who have attained their political status by virtue of the 14th Amendment, but does not have any inherent jurisdiction over Citizens that attained their citizenship solely by virtue of their birth within a state of the Union.

First part is correct second part is misleading because after the 14th amendment was put in place and you did not expat. yourself from that government then you are a citizen to that government. Then anyone born would have his fathers nationality via citizen of the US.
