I was listening to Phil Pozderac today (Jan 29, 2011) and noted Jerry Kirk (Freedom Law School smorgasbord of confusion site) recommended people listen to Dr. Eduardo Rivera. Aside this guy being an ex attorney....

This Rivera never talks about the 14th Amendment. RED FLAG!
  • Ed Rivera's "brief" (whatever) on Article III : Click Here
  • Ed Rivera's writing on Duty of a Citizen : Click Here
LB NOTE: Some dangerous blather from the above document:
"The legal duty to make a return and pay a tax cannot be found in Title 26 U.S.C. because Congress is without authority to create legal duties for the people of the states. There is simply no place in the Constitution where Congress is given the power to create new legal duties. Congress has authority to create requirements which are administrative obligations but the neglect or refusal to perform those requirements will not result in any prison time." One more note on Rivera's citizen paper... 'William O. Douglas’s life would have been very different if he had known and applied the citizen’s first duty: “Question all authority.” '
Rivera forgot to mention, question what stupid things you have done to be in the private law courts in the first place. This guy is dangerous, I have thought for some time now. Perhaps a disinfo agent?

Accordingly, now I have to unfortunately get a bit down on the "movement" here...

The patriotard thing on Article III courts stems from the private law system under the 14th Amendment that such tards ignore. Such tards piss and moan about the legislative courts of the federal government without even knowing why they are in such courts. Ed Rivera comes along and picks-up on this nonsense and writes some information on Article III courts. So what? If people were not in the private law system under the 14th, in most cases they would not even need the federal court system. All in all, this is Patriotard Parroting Syndrome.*

PAC gives proper foundation without incorporating the patriot dis/misinformation.
People need to clear the movement crap from their minds and start over.

* Definition from the Island Makers Project on the issue:
Patriotard. A person that has a willing deficiency who parrots the information of others without accurate foundation to back it up. As a rule, this individual fails to practice due diligence and cites bogus information as though it is a religion. These types can usually be shutdown with a few educated questions.
