Funny. I brought the "Capitis Diminutio Maxima" issue forward to people in the 2007 Edition of The Red Amendment. And a lot of people took the information and expanded it into an area where I tell people NOT to go. That is, getting into stupid arguments that will get you nowhere. The all cap name is nothing. It has NO STANDING in law. There have been courts that have changed the paperwork for all caps to lower case and move forward. 

I am writing a PAC E Letter right now called GOT DISINFORMATION? that is addressing the self-important, uneducated patriots who want to expand on things. These types just cause confusion. Not to mention maybe some of this information is disinformation in order to confuse people. People should just Read the Red.

Speaking of confused, people are not corporations. I would like to find the idiot that has been spreading that nonsense.
