Welcome and I hope you will register and take advantage of all the support from our wonderful forum members and what the PAC Portals have to offer.  What an education I stumbled upon when first visiting www.pacinlaw.us!  All that I had awakened to prior to getting and reading The Red Amendment was not as mind-blowing as this book.

I feel there is not one person who has read this book and becomes educated to what is really going on would disagree that we must all correct our status to not be subject to the jurisdiction of the federal government.  

Right now, we have The Red Amendment Reading Group in the forum with impromptu discussion and Q & A.  One cannot see all the categories and topics in the forum until registered.  The first chapter of the book is a free download contained within the above category.  However, I would implore you to get the book (as soon as possible), join this forum, correct your status, and let us begin the real work of restoring our rightful bodies politic.

My name is Ngon'e Ada : Aw, I have been studying for quite a few years, and even though I am some what aware of the nature of the problems PAC seeks remedy for, I'm not yet sure if I'm in the right place, I know there is something very wrong with the current political situation in the United States and the world for that matter, but then as I reflect, there was also something wrong in 1776  for many of the people in this Nation.  I have had the priviledge of living abroad in Ghana, West Africa, for 3.5 yrs, and that opened my eyes even more. being of African Descent, born in America, I find myself between a rock and a hard place. On one hand being born on this continent, and the other my Ancestors never really being a  part of the orignal creation of the Union. So with that said, I am hear to learn and seeking a deep understanding of the issues from different perspectives, one size does not fit all in this circumstance.

I look forward to particaption and learning from the group.

I have read the good book and am currently undergoing the nationality correction process myself right now. I have been a member of Restore The Republic for some time, but I just, tonight, became aware of this forum.  I have been an historic, government and banking researcher since 1967 or so.  My priorites were changed, however, around 1992 when I was forced by a color of law situation to return to one of my university pursuits; legal research.

Not much has changed since then to the good side; except that so many more good people are becoming aware of the awesome problem we all face.  Perhaps by learning more than enough we can effect the change so desparately required.

My name is Rori DeAnne and I have been reading and teaching the concepts of the Red Amendment to a group of young aspiring adults, ages 12-17, for many months. I sincerely appreciate the work that has gone in to getting PacInLAW to this point. This forum is a true blessing as it will provide me with the opportunity to get answers to many questions that the students in my homeschooling constitution class ask that I may not have the answers for, and I am certain there are many. Many of the young people that come to my class have recently left the "conveyor belt form of education" and as such come to my class with preconceived notions specific to the consitution and what it says/means. This is a real challenge to help them overcome this tendency, but well worth the effort as my goal is to help them learn how to think, not continue to be told what to think.
Life is a challenge, but it is in how we choose to overcome those challenges that determines who we are and what we will make of ourselves and our lives.

Hello my name is TIM THOMAS and I am a U.S. Citizen.

I started my post that way because it reminds me of AA. That is to say in order to fix the situation one must understand the problem. I am so thankful for the support from the people on this forum and the vast amount of information both on this website and made available outside to understand the mess we are in. That alone is reason enough to praise the effort and work put into helping people like me that desire to be free from the tyranny imposed upon us without our knowledge by our rogue government.

But the best thing is their is an actual way out. A way back to the freedom the founding fathers desired, not only for their own families but future generations, enough to pledge their wealth and lives for. That my fellow Americans is Liberty.

God Bless all of you who are on this journey, both this side and state national side. I long for the day these united states can be free again, that we can enjoy the freedom of our state/country in peaceful vigilance to remain free.

Hello!  Tim I love the way you started your post! LOL  I was "Guest 6" during last night's call/chat and am very interested.  My name is Reagen Dandridge Desilets and I live near my hometown of Charleston, SC.

I took the proverbial "red pill" last Feb, shortly after SC's primaries (which from what I understood then was not supposed to happen that early!) and have been looking for answers ever since.  Like everyone looking for change, I've been following a lot of the movements including r3VOLution and C4L, RTR (recently), getting news from alternate sources such as Alex Jones and watching other YouTubers, and have recently signed on for my local tea party (in fact, I had offered to volunteer blog about legislation and mentioned PAC and The Red Amendment - one of the coordinators is quite interested - Woot!).

I will say in advance that time and money resources are very limited right now.  My husband is chronically ill and is having a hard go of it this year.  He has been out of work since Feb 6th of this year and was on short term disability.  It was supposed to flip over to long term disabiltiy a month ago, but they are still going through the approval process.  We really thought we'd have the approval today, but we got word this afternoon that it'll be another week at least.  Provided they finally approve it next week and send us current and back pay, I'm hoping to start saving up for some real change to start happening over the summer.

BTW... not that I'm a socialist but since we've had such a tough year, we figured - Well, they take our income to supposedly finance social programs so it's time to get some of it back - we were still denied food stamps!  A family of five living off disability and they still denied us (I even submitted all our out of pocket medical expenses and they didn't count it towards our claim).  Part of me is really glad but part of me is frustrated beyond frustration.  We were born slaves and will never "get it back" in any form!  Time for change is 150 years overdue...  I'm really glad I saw this as I felt that no matter how well intentioned the C4L and Ron Paul and other constitutionalist/libertarian movements are, it just wouldn't be enough and now I understand why I felt that way.

I am going to be at Charleston's Tea Party on the Fourth of July and hope to be involved enough to perhaps introduce PAC to the public then.  I'm sure if I can convince the organizer I'm conversing with that it won't be a problem at all... either way, nothing says I can't print flyers and hand them out anyway - not just for the tea party but for other Fourth festivities that day as well.  Thx again and I look forward to learning and growing with y'all!

Hi all - Sean from the Florida Republic here. Been real busy lately as I continue to assert my unalienable rights and instruct those in "government" as to their proper role. Had a very interesting discussion with a candidate for a judge seat in the Circuit Court last night. Told the candidate and another "lawyer" (who was proud to say he'd been practicing for 20 years) that the court system regularly violates rights. Asked him who is the injured party in a speeding ticket case and he said "The State" - How does one "injure" a "State"?  No Answer.  How does one obtain an impartial hearing when the state is paying both the "prosecutor" and the "judge"? In whose interest are they working?

In a sense, the vibe I feel is similar to my first day of school when I was a boy.  Sure, I feel a bit of apprehension due to the fear of the unknown but, in the same breath, I feel almost giddy with the thoughts of independence floating around inside my head.  I know that the only thing I need to fear is fear itself.  I am in the correct mindset for this undertaking and I simply need to prepare myself for the journey.

This is my first visit here and I wanted to get to know the people here and tell a little about myself. To start of with how i got here is a long story but a condensed version I will spill to you all. It all started with the H1N1 propaganda then I could never find the bottom of the  rabbit hole. Then the other day I was surfin around on my phone looking at Title 4 says your flag is schwag info and some how came up on this site which seems might be educational/informational, but so far all I can really see is a bunch of propaganda trying to get me to buy some book. But anyway I understand that this false government has taken all our freedoms and has pretended to give us freedom for a very long time and I want to fix it, so I mainly want to get as much info as I can so I know how to proceed properly. And as a side note I have also discovered that our food, water, and air have all been contaminated with fluoride, gmo, and chemtrails (morgellons disease) I know this has noting to do with our sovereignty but I think that theses are all included with the lie because if we knew the ultimate lie the rest will fall apart as well.

Thats all for now I hope to able to help and be help with our cause.

p.s. My name is David and currently live in the nation of Tennessee. I eventually came to this website as a result of searching how to correct my relationship with the governing authorities of this world. If you want to learn to live by the Creators perfect law rather than the laws of men, I believe you have arrived at the right place to start that education process.
This comes with a warning though: If youre looking for a quick fix or wish to remain ignorant, you'll be disappointed. There's a lot to learn and I still have a long way to go, myself.
First of all, read the "red amendment. It's tough, but it's worth it. Second, dedicate yourself to an ongoing education and don't give up.  Anything worthwhile comes with a price but with the Father, all things are possible.

But this is changing. We are, all of us here, moving in the right direction; though we just need to begin sharing what we know with others. Many of the so-called silver bullet theories do work. But, and this is a BIG BUT, they keep you "Within" the system and you are still subservient to the so-called masters in the District of Criminals and if you make one little mistake in "THEIR" processes, you go to jail.  We here at PAC and Not My Government have found the silver bullet. It is not one that you can buy over the counter. With this silver bullet, you have to work for it and earn it the old fashioned way. You have to explore where to find the silver, mine it, melt it down and cast it into form.  By stopping by this forum or any of the portals associated with this forum, you have taken the first step to finding your silver bullet. You have done your exploring and found the silver mine. Now, it is time for the real work to begin, The mining of the silver. This can also be called "education".  Once you have educated yourselves, through this forum, other portals of this site, and read The Red Amendment, you are well on your way to melting your new found silver ore (absorbing the truth and the information found here). Once this is finished, you will cast your silver bullet and be truley free. (doing your "status" correction)

Been a member for about 6 months. Am trying to wrap my brain around issues involved with becoming a State National. Hope to one day take the "big step". I have not read The Red Amendment yet. I have it started...it makes my brain hurt. I think it's much like working out in a gym. You have to build yourself up a bit to handle the heavy stuff. I'm getting there. DL'd a Blacks Law dictionary the other day to help me out. I think I'll be ordering a hard copy of the dictionary soon.

I have, in the last 3 months or so, joined Facebook. Provided some folks the PAC link.
I was pleased to be able to pass it on.

Hi All!  I thought I had already stopped by, so I apologize for my tardiness as I've been a member for quite some time, and a reader of the Red Amendment.  I've got to get my hands on another copy, I've lent out my original and never received it back.  The information and advice for everyone is spot on...no longer can we afford to take for granted that which we "assumed" to be in our best interests.  I hope all of you new to the quest will join us, ask questions and quit "fighting" the establishment, our remedy is knowledge!

I'm not really sure if this is the right place to say hello but here i am. Well just to let you know a little about me i always have been a curious man i used to take appliances apart just to see how they worked chase critters around and i guess when i got older those hobbies followed me and i became more mature as to what's going around me. What really got me to question the government is why do they try so hard to cover up their lies so i dugg deeper and i want to know what's going on. I found this website by watching a video on youtube by Marc Stevens, and it blew me away that the government had me blind folded i never new that i was a freeman but how free was i. My name is Jack and I'm from New Jersey.  I have a copy of "The Red Amendment 2007 Edition Deluxe" and I am looking to study its contents along with other like minded souls.  I am interested in meeting with others nearby, as well, if that is practical.

Good morning to you all in the PAC community! I am NEW NEW NEW to this posting business...So I hope I catch on quicker than my first attempt here! I watched the Deprogramming video which led me to look more through the site and listen to the radio interview with LB Bork which led me to my very first attempt at signing up for this...what do I call it?...a blog? See how NEW I am to all of this? Oye!!
So, suffice it to say that I am very excited to continue on this journey of awakening and gaining back all of the years of being dumbed down by society, media, and the educational system.

Greetings to all. I was engaged in a blogtalkradio topic that featured LB Bork. In the discussion he shared information about PAC along with The Red Amendment. I have read about 1/2 of it thus far. The piece connects the dots. It supports much of what I've learned about what the insurgents have done and continue to do, but more importantly provides some insight into how we should conduct ourselves to counter their fraudulent activities. I've asked many questions about these matters but until now have not found the answers for which I've searched. I find that the deeper into the rabbit hole I go, the more answers I find, the closer I get to Truth and the freer I become... gives a deeper meaning to "the truth shall set you free". I'm eager to learn more and shall fervently pursue this education. 

Greetings and Salutations to everyone new and old here. I am a recent newbie here, also. As some members have been here for many years, which to me is a testament to what PAC offers and is really about. I think, like most, I came upon PAC most serendipitously. Once I learned of PAC's offered path towards freedom, I knew that this was the correct way to go. I had been awakened by an alarm clock, which was the first Bail-Out under then, President Bush.  I hit the snooze button, only to be awoken by an even louder alarm bell, when newly elect President Obama gets in and does the very exact same thing as Bush. After reading The Red Amendment, the pieces all fit together. The path that PAC offers, is a no end in sight path, unlike the others, which, usually have a dead ends or brick walls.This is how I know that PAC is a true. I am glad that more and more people are finding PAC.

What lead me to the PAC educational sites was a posting that I happened across while doing a job search on CraigsList.  I am not sure who wrote that post, but it got me thinking again about issues that I had buried back in my mind 15 years earlier.

In sadness and disbelief, I watched what happened at both Ruby Ridge and Waco unfold on my TV.  Those atrocities got me motivated for obtaining my REAL education about what the US Government had become.  Scouring the internet for hours on end, reading more books than I ever had in school, I began to realize that I wanted no part in what I thought was MY government.  So my personal answer was to "drop out" of the system in all ways I could think of.  My only problem was that I had not realized how many different (and ingenious) anchors that this US federal system had me tied to - that is until I read the Red Amendment!

Since finding that CraigsList posting, I have read LB's book, logged many hours on the various PAC sites and have started my status change to become a State National from the great Country of Massachusetts - a Mass National!

I have been involved with LB for many years, first meeting him in 1999 at a meeting in Eastern Ohio.
After hearing his presentation, it took about 5 minutes to make my decision to NOT BE A U.S. citizen!

I no longer have a drivers license (canceled 9-10-2001) by voluntary surrender. This is due to the knowledge cultivated from my association with  by PAC.

During the past ten years I have devoted many hours of study of the history of this great Nation.

Due to some very serious health issues, I have not spent much time with PAC. As my health returns, I plan on using this forum to offer some of my acquired knowledge for your consideration.

Learning is acquired by association with others dealing with certain issues that they feel are necessary to their well being. I can not think of anything more important that returning this group (several States) to the original conditions that the Framers envisioned. Today's politicians are interested in only very limited issues that give instant gratification without regard to the future. Well, the future is NOW and we must deal with the impending issues that were created by those short sighted individuals that lust for power at every ones expense.

I am looking to the future, co-operating with others to achieve a return to political sanity

I first heard of TRA from folks i met at the Continental Congress 2009 in St. Charles, IL.
I have since heard LB Bork on Phil Pozderac's radio show on Republic Broadcasting.
Other friends of mine, investigating the next step for a free people, have also turned me onto documentation found at the PAC in Law websites.

I am looking forward to engaging this group in attempting to understand more about our current circumstances and have some clarity about moving forward in order to truly live free and cease accepting the abuses to ourselves and our property.

My wife and I have owned and published an independent newspaper, the River Cities' Reader, since 1993 (precluded from posting a link here, sorry).  I have a weekly radio show on Republic Broadcasting (precluded from posting a link here, too, sorry) every Saturday at 12pm central (500-600 listeners live per week) called Common Sense Revisited.  There's more info about my involvement in projects and writings at my blog (precluded from posting a link here too, sorry!)

I have the Red Amendment book, and need to dig back into it further and have been encouraging others to do the same.

On the left side of the forum page, click on the topic you would like to start a new thread on. On the page that comes up you will see Topic on the left, on the right you will see Start a new topic button, click and continue to post.

People run from this work of LB faster than fire. Why, simply most people cannot handle the truth that they have been lead down the path of deception. How else could the de facto form of government live on? And for the one's that do catch on, well mad doesn't even come close to describe what is going through their minds. Hi all! My name is Lisa, I'm currently domiciled in Maine state with my husband and our four sons. I found the PAC website while parts were still under construction, but was able to grab a copy of the Red Amendment. It has taken me some time to throughly read and double check the information it contains but I'm ready to start making the necessary corrections.

Because we have relocated several times I do have some questions about status and nationality which is what brings me back. The open web is a nightmare of misinformation and disinformation. It works wonders for having access to original government documents for verification but that's where I draw the line.

I am somewhat overwhelmed by all that I am learning and I ordered the Red Amendment today.  Sometimes I feel so tired.  I think of all the crimes being committed by the government and its goons and it seems there is no one to hold them accoutable.  Then I remember David and Goliath and pray that God will remind me that they come in their own name, but that I come in the name of the Lord.  Glad to know that I am not alone.

I would like to find more people in New Mexico that are doing this, and by learning about State Nationalism, I can teach others. So all you newbies out here, let's log onto the NMG forum daily and get the line of communication up. We have a lot to learn here. If you don't have a book to read of your own, then do some yard work for someone that is unable to do so, clean houses or babysit a neighbors child or, sell that useless piece of junk in your living room called a TV.

I am Golden Ferguson (wife, mother and grandmother); living in southern Arizona.

For the past several years, (along with my daughter) have been educating ourselves regarding many things related to government on different levels. It is amazing to see and hear of the blatant 'criminal activity' (not only on the federal level; but also) that goes on right before our eyes and ears here in our own community. The looks and comments that people give when errors are pointed out to them only indicates where they are in knowing what all is going on .... and how much they care!

At times, I feel so isolated ..... as mobility and finances are top issues for me. The internet allows me to stay in touch with other like-minded individuals. I appreciate the information that is available here on this website; and in the book, The Red Amendment. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, I always refer individuals to this website ......

LB and others ... thank you many times over for your commitment to this cause.

Just wanted to check in. I was listening to the PAC radio while I was working.
It great to hear how nullification is catching on throughout the country. I have been residing outside the US for a number of years but have been keeping and eye on things back home and trying to help support the Constitutional awakening that has been needed for a very long time.

1) States tell Feds to take a hike.
2) Feds tell the States to take a hike, no more funds for you.
3) US citizens still have to send all their money via income tax to Feds.

I have been down many dead end rabbit holes and found this site while searching for the truth about team law and its founder, yet another dead end. Sifting through all the disinformation out there has been interesting....

I became very motivated to understand who we are and how we got here, while going through the foreclosure on our house. I have not taken any major steps in freeing myself from the "system" yet so I hope this is the place that I can learn how to start that process.

I learned of NMG indirectly through Kurt's video on Stop the Pirates website researching acceptance for value (a4v). The info in that video hits right to the heart of the issue. It is up to us to stop the global blood bath instigated by the gangster's masquerading as a govt in DC.

Let's all get busy now and stop the cycle of murder before the ricochet is just too much to bare and we all dead at the hands of our own apathy and indifference.

I am a clinical neuropsychologist.... who is apparently forum-challenged. :-)  I am attempting to learn all I can about everything having to do with the evolution of communism and the degradation of our confederation historically. Posting this is part of my entry into a process by which I can learn more. Like any human, I have an admixture of selfish as well as altruistic reasons... sometimes hard for to ferret out.
