Title: The Communist Supreme Court

See how bad the 14th Amendment is in regard to maintaining "Dual Citizenships" in the case of Vance v. Terrazas :
This is a grounded communist doctrine that effectually erases countries and nationalities.

Congress attempted to fix the issue, but the attempt died:

    "A bill was introduced in 2005 which sought, among other things, to force the State Department to abolish the above policy on loss of citizenship and reinstate its pre-1990 policy "of viewing dual/multiple citizenship as problematic and as something to be discouraged, not encouraged." However, this bill never made it to the floor of the House and died in committee when the 109th Congress adjourned."
We are now seeing more Marxist people being installed into the Supreme Court by Obama.

Did a look at that case... Thanks LB.

Funny thing is I did a search on a certian word in that case from caselaw lp findlaw I kept seeing American citizenship.

[smiley=hmmm.gif]

Those tricky little words. Now where do I get my American citizenship?

I also notice how they talked about citizenship and talked about being a national also I loved this part.

Claiming him as a national owes an allegiance to it which is paramount  to the allegiance he owes the United States.

Never no mention of a dual nationality.

He already had triple citizenship as per the 14th amendment; United States citizenship, the state in which he was born citizenship, and Mexicano citizenship. Funny how the court didn't want to bring this up. [smiley=cool.gif]

Facts
Laurence Terrazas was born in the United States in 1947. Since his father was Mexican, Terrazas held both U.S. and Mexican citizenship at birth.
