A cop on the road side has discretion to do pretty much anything and can lock anyone up at anytime, then let the "court" decide whether or not the cases cited are sufficient.

Making the brunt of one's argument centered in case law is destined to fail. Case Law is NOT the law. If one actually takes the time to read the Red Amendment, it becomes apparent why using common law maxims, legislative sessions, Law of Nations, and Dejure Constitution(s) is a superior stance.
