Title: Constitutional Convention
Post by LB Bork on Jan 1st, 2009 at 2:38pm
There is said to be a constitutional convention coming up.

I have written an article on it. It is at www.pacinlaw.us/pdf/Con_Con.php

I would like to get some input on this....

This is a big worry. As it was aptly titled con-con, I'm afraid it will be the ultimate con-job. As you pointed out, most do not know what the 14th did to the vision set forth by the Founders. With the deception set in place so many years ago, a constitutional convention taking place now will, by design, settle things once-for-all in favor of the corporate state. This is fascism, where the corporate interest takes precedent over the interest of the people. In affect, that is what we have right now under corporate law. With repeal of the 14th we might have some chance of recovery. Given that the folks in elected office are a party to the deception, it really does not look good.

We don't really need to Repeal the 14th, but merely to declare it Unlawful, and all the Amendments passed by Unlawful Citizens thereby are also Unlawful.  That being said, we do need a Amendment that creates a seperate Legislature for DC, a City Government to Legislate exclusively for DC and to define all US Codes/Regulations as applying exclusively to the boundaries of DC.

But that WOULD require a Con Con, and that's a scary thought.

not knowing much about a new constitutional convention i cannot offer much.
but....., if there is such a meeting, we will be in need of every reasonably able bodied man and woman to make their voice heard. this will require an education in law - Common Law = God's Law.
we can effect change only by being willing to change. we must be willing to change the way in which we view ourselves and we must be willing to change the  way in which we view others.
if you harbor such things as hatred,  selfishness, greed, jealousy, avarice, etc., you will fail, and thus, perhaps, we all might fail.
if your concern be only to protect yourself and your property, you will fail.
if, however, you seek freedom for all of God's children and recognize that we are all God's children,
YOU WILL FAIL.
the so called 14th amendment is not in anyway a part of God's Law, therefore it is not lawful, and as such i believe it to be null and void.
a constitutional convention could be the way though more likely to be a diversion.
under color of law there is little hope.
under God's Law hope is eternal.
