At 3:10 into the video of Clinton, he states that the United States has started taking help from other countries, but when I read the State Department's PDF, before it was removed, all the offers for help had been rejected or were pending, none had been accepted and started.  Clinton also calls for the use of a bomb to close the leak.  So now we can see where this is headed.
