Some look at this as "bad mouthing" people unjustly...
However, it is important for you to understand the serious damage these "loose canons" do.

I just got a call from a guy in Wisconsin. Said he was involved with a group out of Minnesota that was doing some good things in law, but got in trouble listening to Sam Kennedy. The group is now over, done, caput.

Now Kennedy is off teaming up with Jivin' Clive.

I have been contacted by a couple of people to get on board with this GuardiansOfTheFreeRepublics.com
They offer no evidence to what Sam Kennedy stated in his address of February 7, 2010 as being true.

Kennedy states he gave the government an ultimatum 4 years ago that went nowhere, and now we are to believe there are high ranking military officers that are going to take back the governments. This from a guy who spouts off legal nonsense and has gotten many people in trouble. Moreover, he is tied in with some ex-government employee, Tim Turner, who has also had people practice the same legal nonsense.

And if that is not enough, look at the extreme poor quality of the so-called declarations and paperwork that is going around. These people cannot even put together a decent website, nor render things in a PDF format.

One more note : These people consistently complain about governments being corporations. They always were.

There is no blame put on people asking questions about the debt they have gotten themselves into.
It appears to all be the fault of someone else. In sense, expost facto blame. A rampant American disease.

There seems to be no owning of any sense of responsibility.

I submit  to you, this whole thing smells of trouble.

When I first started waking up to the truth of this whole deceptive 14th Amendment mess, we have all found ourselves knee deep in, and started reading and absorbing all the "patriot" books on sovereignty and tax freedom, I was, like many, a very dry sponge, soaking up all the information I could get my hands on.  I read most of Kenneth Royce's books, a.k.a. Boston T. Party, I paid $400.00 to read Bernie Brushears book, "Strategic Withdrawal", I paid a bunch of cash and ordered all of "Johnny Liberty's" books, the whole set.  I bought all of Brent Johnson's books, The joined Bob Schultz and the "We the People" organization before they were marching on Washington way back when.  I purchased all of Irwin Schiff's books, Marc Stevens' book, the list is practically endless, and on top of that I spent hundreds of dollars on ink and paper to print off volumes of "patriot guru" writings on the internet.  Enough to fill several 3 inch, 3 ring binders.  I was like a wave tossed to and fro. (Today most of the books sit on a shelf or are in a box.  I have used a few of them as shims or supports to set wood working projects on to dry)  I listened to all the broadcasts on the "patriot" internet radio stations.  I made all the mistakes that I see lots of others, just like me years ago, making on all the forums and groups I participate in, but then sometime in around early 2001 ~ 2002 I ordered my first copy of the Red Amendment, the one with the red cover, and L.B.'s three volume supplement series, "Congratulations, You have been well conditioned" and after reading the "Red Amendment" two or three times all the other crap that I had spent thousands of dollars on and hundreds of hours reading started to make sense and I was able to begin sifting the wheat from the chaff.  Now I had the hard task of unlearning all deception hidden within the pages of the "patriot" crap that I had filled my brain with.

The truth is there for all of us to find and as I have become more anchored, refusing to be tossed to and fro on the waves of deception, I have made a few observations about these so-called gurus, like Sam Kennedy, and that is they are all retreads, like a tire that is retreaded every few years, these patriot shysters and profiteers, like all con men, know that new "suckers" will be coming out and waking up to the 14th Amendment system every day.  And if their scams and schemes tick a few people off, no worries, a new bus of fresh young patriots seeking truth will arrive at bus station tomorrow, on re-treaded tires, and the Sam Kennedys of the freedom movement will start conning a fresh batch of 14th Amendment serfs seeking the "Ultimate Remedy".

I think FF just coined a new PAC term: Retreads... I'll be using it... It's so close to "retards" that I hope I don't misspell it.

I'm glad that you said that L.B. because if any typos do happen it really would not matter that much would it?

My wife has been part of the disillusioned few who have fallen prey to the Sam Kennedy scam. She has been kicked out of her home, lost custody of her kids, gone to jail and been convicted of a felony, lost her career as a pre-school teacher after months of filling frivolous documents provided by these perpetuators (in exchange for strings of fees of course) and crazy enough she still follow these group of scam artist religiously.

There also is one keith livingway with a cult-like group of followers working with this con-artist and their peers. they run an anti-government group called sovereigns without subjects siphoning their members of strings of cash for seminars and worth not as they all loss everything they ever worked for.

I am in the process of ensuring that all these group of home wrecking scam artist rightfully end up behind bars (where they usually lead most of their dumb followers into)

I was told by someone that Glen Beck stated the "Guardian" Sam Kennedy was a government plant.

Anyone else know anything about this?
