A government deemed unlawful, or deemed wrongful or unjust, which, nevertheless, receives presently habitual obedience from the bulk of the community.

Introduction
Governments are created by men. Men are not created by governments. Governments are of right, or de jure. Or not of right, or de facto as illustrated above. Man is naturally endowed with indivisible rights and responsibilities. His status is defined by the exercise of those rights and responsibilities. As he is governed by good conscience and right reason he lives in a state of self-government under freedom. The whole truth of that State of Freedom defines the status of the man, free or in bondage.

The right to choose granted by man to institutions created by his own hand become the rights and responsibilities of his creation, often called government. The rights of these governments increase as man abandon or neglects the responsibilities associated with his original rights. As the rights and responsibilities of governments increase the rights of man decrease. The nature of a government, as servant or master, is determined by the manner of its creation and the spirit of those who look to its dominion to serve or rule themselves and their neighbor. If we consent to ruling over our neighbor for our own benefit and security like the current system allows, we then shall be ruled over by our neighbor through the same institutions we mutually create and recreate. The selfishness and avarice of any society shall determine the remainder of freedom its members shall enjoy.
To wit: the current govenmental system installed by deception and force is grounded in collectivism, i.e., democracy, socialism, communism, etc. The de facto system is not a system of self-government by choice which is based on local community.
Ultimately "collectivism" is used as a tool by the elite to control you and steal your heritage.

The 14th Amendment of the US Constitution actually installs a new political system and causes people to rebel against their lawful state governments. Section 2 of the amendment actually states that people who are voting are in rebellion.
The landmark case of Roe vs. Wade is a symptom of the 14th Amendment. It was stated in that case that custom and usage law of Americans was taken away and replaced with dictatorial statute law, i.e., the whim of the legislature.
Most of the people in the Federal prison system are there because of the citizenship induced by the 14th Amendment.

Title 8 USC Section 1101(a)(37). Definitions. The term "totalitarian party" means an organization that advocates the establishment in the United States of a totalitarian dictatorship or totalitarianism. The terms "totalitarian dictatorship" and "totalitarianism" mean and refer to systems of government not representative in fact, characterized by: A) The existence of a single political party, organized on a dictatorial basis, with so close an identity between such party and its policies and the governmental policies of the country in which it exists, that the party and government constitute an indistinguishable unit, and; B) The forcible suppression of opposition to such party.

The term "world communism" means a revolutionary movement, the purpose of which is to establish eventually a Communist totalitarian dictatorship in any or all the countries of the world through the medium of an internationally coordinated Communist political movement.
